PlaySpot complaint: CONTINUE BUTTON DOES NOT WORK WHEN REDEEMING

My complaint:

Clicked onto Redeem $20 to Paypal, it asked me to put in my email, full name, account, and postal address which I did.
The Continue button which is in green, when clicked, it does nothing.
I’ve accumulated more than 20000 coins of which I am eligible to a $20 paypal redemption.
Please get this fix
