My complaint:
My friend and I booked a weekend stay. As we are unpacking and just settling in we want some music…We turn on the TV and we can watch all kinds of channels, but if we want to listen to music there is a $9.99 charge every 24 hours!! There is NO reason this should not be included with part of the hotel room. The only reason I can see is GREED.
Then we go to the pool, it is around 2pm and not very crowded. We find 2 loungers only to be told that if we WANT TO SIT BY THE POOL that we will have to pay to ‘reserve a chair’ and that the chairs we are sitting in are reserved……There were literally 20 open loungers, it was nearing the end of the day and there were reserved signs on maybe 6 of the lounge chairs that were empty. We were told that we could go down the steps and sit on the concrete area with no view of a pool at all. How ridiculous is that??I understand if the pool area was full of people, but it was the end of the day and we didn’t want to ‘reserve’ a lounge chair for the 1 hour we were going to be there, but we did WANT TO SIT BY THE POOL!!
I am very disappointed. We paid the ‘resort fee’ and aren’t even allowed to sit by the pool. It made me feel like I was discriminated against because I chose not to pay extra money to sit by the pool, which is always included with the price of the hotel!
One more major complaint…My friend and I both have laptops that we are using and both have phones….We are then told that per room only 2 devices will be allowed to connect to hotel wifi. Again, we are paying hundreds of dollars for a room and lets add on the resort fee and yet only one of us can fully use the wifi??? Another charge for the second person to connect. I see no reason for this HUGE inconvenience other than GREED on the part of Planet Hollywood

No coffee pots in rooms? Even dingy street hotels have coffee in the rooms.
I will never stay at Planet Hollywood and I will tell my friends of all the inconvenience we found here. I am VERY ANGRY about the pool incident. We were looking forward to sitting by the pool, coming from Utah where it is still snowing and very cold temperatures. We just had an hour and yet we are basically told to pay up more money to actually sit and have a view of the pool!

Suggested solution:
Dont charge extra for all these things that should be included in the price of the room and the RESORT FEE
Music should be included on the TV with the room charge.
We should be able to sit in ANY empty chair BY THE POOL if it isn't reserved.
If there are 4 people staying in a room, all of them should be able to use wifi without an extra charge.
And why no coffee pots? We like morning coffee
I would not even give PH 1 star but this complaint form defaults to 1 star.
We had a fun time in Vegas and a good experience everywhere else, but the hotel is very disappointing. I am angry about all the added....'Pay this greedy hotel more money' to have the experience I was expecting to get with booking a room and paying the resort fee that says it includes wifi and the pool.
