My complaint:
At check in on 29th April we were informed we had been given a free upgrade the room was very dated and we asked to be moved then decided we would just stay in the room. Our hotel fees were paid in advance pre holiday.on returning to the Uk and checking my online banking I have discovered I have been charged£258 for what I don’t know. At checkout on 5th May we were not informed of any charges and if we had we would have disputed this at the time.i am requesting a full refund of this charge back into my account
