My complaint:
I won $10,000 on September 26, 2023 and on the 29th. First of all, I had problems with them approving my personal information. They kept saying that I didn’t give them all the info that was requested and I had to keep giving them the same info about 4 or 5 times. Then on October 11th, they canceled out my 4 wire transfers and put the money back. I contacted the host and asked why this happened. I was told again that my info was not received. So on this day, they finally approved and said everything was fine. So, I requested the 4 wire transfers again, on October 11th. On November 7th, one wire transfer got approved. I received $2460 on 11/9. Then, I did receive another payment for $2460 on 12/6. I have been waiting for 2 more wire transfers. I have sent emails to my host with no response. I have waited for a person on live chat 3 or 4 times with no response.
Suggested solution:
The money should be sent right away. They say to wait 7-10 business days after approval to get the money. It is way past that now.
