My complaint:
I have been trying to get a payout from them in the amount of $2,245 since January 11th the time frame on these payouts is only supposed to be 5 to 7 days max they’ve gone over the limit by too many days they keep giving me excuse after excuse telling me they’re escalating it telling me to contact them in 3 days contact them in 2 days contact them in 24 hours and nothing changes. I called them on the phone and I get the runaround as well I don’t see what the big deal is I had just gotten a payout previous before this one and it ran smoothly it went into my Bitcoin wallet in the time frame that it was supposed to and now they’re doing this again to me where they’re just giving me the runaround so I’m not sure what’s going on but I really need my money and they are rude and unprofessional.
Suggested solution:
I would like to get paid my money that I'm owed that's been past the 7 days and put into my Bitcoin wallet as soon as possible there's no reason why this payment should be held up they're just trying to be jerks I want my money ASAP.
