My complaint:
I won $133 yesterday. I got back online this morning and I still had the $133 balance. I spoke to somebody about how to verify my account if I misplaced my debit card and was informed that when I received my replacement card to send that in so I could Submit my request for a withdraw.
After the live chat ,my balance went from $133 to 8 cents.
Suggested solution:
Refund my balance
