My complaint:
In March 2021 I decided I’ll give them a gram in the truck I pulled out my debit card I took it I logged into Plan at seven and I played for a few hours and I was playing ancient Gods and I started winning I got went from $60 to about 1300 and something dollars so I decided let me see if it’s OK if I cash out some money so I went to the cashier to cash out 900 they cleared the cat that it was OK that I met the standard and then I didn’t hear nothing for a minute and they said they need a copy of my ID prove where I live off of selfie of my face of make me taking a picture of me and you know all the usual documents which I will gladly provide it to them I did not know at the time my ID had expired like a week or two before and they brought it to my attention I said well I’ll get my ID replaced because you know with Covid you know with Covid being in it was gonna take a minute for me to get my DOJ to make an appointment to get into the DMV so I finally got my ID and I tried contacting them I give them my name I called I go online I’m going to take them to a gaming site in my name they tell me due to company policy we cannot talk to you in this in this world who can I talk to about either return them on my finances or visa stand up company and pay me my winnings that I have one using my bank card then it went to my card is fraudulent that I don’t on the card that it’s not mine but and then they said my ID wasn’t because it had expired but they excepted all my other documents how can you accept all my other documents and clear them but not clear my ID if you accept my My Insurance and you know medical paperwork showing my name and everything how can you say that checks out OK but not my drivers license with my picture on it and I sent them a copy of my work ID which I work for the school district ever since March I’ve been trying to get a hold of them to give them a copy of my ID and never get a response back send them my phone number send them my email nothing that’s what puts it to me that they were fraudulent company I wish you weren’t so cause I like being at Plan at seven online playing for the first time. I have learned that even the casino will rip somebody off even though they say they have good standards they have good people that will communicate with you and work with you to find out and try to resolve the issue they never have they’ve never reached out to me not once and if this is you that I’m filing a complaint with that you guys arenas you guys I’ve never thought never reached out to me not want to try to resolve this issue so with that being said I will go from this statement to putting it out in the form so everybody can see what kind of company casino this is have a blessed one time to be open and honest and pay people when they started taking their money and running off with a piece

Contact me at my phone number that I left them if they can’t get a hold of me I will return the phone call if they leave me a message leave me extension number to get a hold of somebody don’t blow me off like you never heard of me because you got not to mention that some of the Sister companies and some of their sister company they blackballed me from being at other side because I’m told by one person that I’m a professional gambler I never been professional gambler in my life one too they were the first place I’ve ever deposited money to go gambling so I couldn’t be a professional gambler but rather that the the honest and open thing to do is to contact the person that the issue is with to eitherEither pay out the money that was one because I have photos and everything from when I have one I kept pictures and everything because I had some told me to take pictures of everything and food and I’ll just be open and honest and pay people their money that’s why he was older either pay them the winnings they use their money all our money to get to play or give them their money back that they use the boy that simple that’s how you be honest company and pay on time if you’re going to Pam don’t make excuses like oh we don’t service of the United States but you taking people’s money in the United States
