My complaint:
They insist that I have not sent in appropriate information that I did in fact send three times. I recently connected with someone of authority by way of email and was told to resend certain bankjing information but this time requesting three months of bank statements. The date of request for withdrawal was on March 23rd. I have been trying since after the waiting period of ten days and getting no where. I keep getting conflicting information from live support. I feel that this is a scam. I will not send any other information at all. I am entitled to my winnings. No casino I have dealt with before has ever asked for this much information and data.
Suggested solution:
Send me my winnings without any more delays.
