My complaint:
Disgusting customer service. I asked for a cheese pizza with VERY LIGHT BBQ SAUCE. I mentioned to the cashier that I don’t want the pizza drenched in bbq sauce so he said he’d let the pizza maker know. After waiting 25 minutes for the pizza, I took a look at the pizza, and the pizza was DRENCHED in bbq sauce. So I let the cashier know and he said he could refund my money and take the pizza back. I told him I will take the pizza but I want to be compensated for my time being wasted and for the wrong order. He then said it’s either a full refund and no pizza or pizza and no refund. So I told him that’s very bad customer service and he told me to “calm down you’ll be okay it’s just pizza” and kept repeating that. Never will be going to pizza pizza again. Did not even apologize until I asked him to.
