My complaint:
I was charged an incorrect amount, my food was cold. I filled out the customer service form and I have no response, it has been 2 business days – excluding one holiday otherwise 3 days since I made this complaint. I will be calling my bank for a chargeback.
Suggested solution:
Return the money which has been stolen by overcharging, since there has not been a response, full value of my order returned as credit to use on online order plus apology and promise I will not be incorrectly charged again.
