My complaint:
I ordered pizza wings deal with 4 pop and a couple dips. Lately everything has been sub par and their service has been terrible but tonight this company is terrible! When they got here one of the pops had exploded all over the pizza and wings where we couldn’t eat it . He said that he would contact his boss to have another order sent out right away. 30 minutes later he called me back saying that he cannot contact his boss and for me to contact pizza pizza myself. After another hour with dealing with wait times and a representative not listening to me. He reordered another order but at that point I had already made my own food. I was no longer hungry and wanted my money back. He only offered me a 16$ credit for an order that cost 40$. In what world does that make any sense? Food was ruined on their time and I took an hour out of my time hungry when they could not properly get things done right and I get penalized! I hate this company and had enough of their incompetence. I will no longer order from them and I will spread the word .
Suggested solution:
A full refund would be nice minus the tip obviously.
