My complaint:
We live close by. On our way home, we dropped to the store and ordered a pizza, a paid. It will take 10 minutes, we were told. We were waiting almost a half an hour and cancelled our order. The worker was filling bags for delivery man (twelve big pizzas in the first bag, the second waiting to be filled.) The worker assured us several times, our pizza will be ready soon.
If he cannot prepare a pizza for us, he should not take and order, I told him. We wouldn’t waste our time watching them cooking more and more pizzas and letting us wait hungry for a half an hour.
I have never been humiliating that much before. I will never go back to this store again.
