My complaint:
I ordered a gown from NCGowns who advertise on Pinterest. I have made multiple attempts to return it for a refund and the best I can get is they will refund $50 of the $188 I paid for the dress. There website clearly states the return polciy. The dress is unwearable because the arm holes are so small I cannot raise my arms.
Suggested solution:
Return my money for dress that is unusable. If they won't refund them prohibit them from advertising on Pinterest.
