My complaint:
On November 27th of 2022, my wife saw 2Flix Filter Stops for sale on your site, and bought them. When finally receiving the Drain Stops, they would not fit our drains. She wanted to return them and get a refund. The Company keep saying that they would fit over and over again.
The company said that there will not be a refund. the Stops are not damaged and she wants a full refund of $35.99. She uses Pinterest often and likes the on line site. The numbers on the boxes are as follows, 2035471-500076977095-2212142422 143-296. and 2035472,500076977095-221214443 143-296. I would think that this company sells on your site. Please help.
