My complaint:

I am writing to express my frustration with the late responses to my emails since last week. I have sent several emails to Pintrest’s support team regarding an issue I am having with my account, but I have yet to receive a response. This delay in communication is causing me considerable frustration and inconvenience.

As a user of the platform, I value the services and features that Pinterest provides, but the lack of timely communication is making it difficult for me to continue using the platform. I am disappointed by the level of service I have received and I hope that this issue can be resolved ly.

Could you please let me know the reason for the delay in responses and when I can expect to hear back from the team? I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving my issue as soon as possible.
