My complaint:

I bought Russell Hobbs Iron from pick n pay Green stone, I used it for a month and it went faulty. Took it back and I was told that they need to take back to their supply. They said this will take 21 days to get feedback, is now a month and remember I don’t have iron to use in the main time. I have to borrow one. I have been calling without no joy, I just need my money back. Because I can’t wait any longer.
