My complaint:
The young man ( approximately 5 ft 6, 140 pounds, dark curly hair, age about 25) who picked me up in the wheelchair drove like he was in a race. Twice going around corners he was on two wheels. He said, Wow, I didn’t know it could do that! There is a steep downcline going into the D concourse. He let the wheelchair go and ran behind it. I thought for sure I was going to flip over. Others around us also noticed and were amazed at how fast and reckless he was. I suppose it wouldn’t have been as bad as it was except I am wearing a neck brace as my neck is extremely weak following a bad break at C5 and C6. This happened Saturday evening, I was returning to Denver after a week with my family in Scottsdale. The Southwest flight was the 4{20 out of Phoenix. I am writing this complaint because of the extreme pain and stiffness I am now having in my neck…most probably due to whiplash.

What do you think? How would you want it resolved if it was your 72 year old mother ? I think the young man should definitely be reprimanded and that financial retribution for damages incurred are not unreasonable in this case,
