My complaint:
At 12:30am on 7/20/23 the Sky Train was not working and we were unable to get to our car in the East Economy Parking garage. This was extremely frustrating after traveling all day and spending the money on parking so that we had our car available when we arrived in the middle of the night. We ended up taking a cab with an unhappy cab driver to the garage which cost us $20. Very poor customer service!
Suggested solution:
We paid $154 to park in the East Economy Parking garage. We are requesting reimbursement for the $20 we had to pay for a cab to get there. If the Sky Train goes down, Sky Harbor needs to have an available alternative to get to the parking lots.
