My complaint:

I fly in from Cabo San Lucas on Sunday January 19, 2020. I went to the duty free shop in Cabo . I purchased a 3 pack of Tequila Liqueur and was told there would be know problem taking this into Phoenix Airport customs . We got off. the plane got our luggage went through Customs with no problem. Dropped our luggage to go back on the plane. Had to go through Phoenix Security…..? Why when we just went through Customs. At that. Point they opened my bag with the Tequila and said it wasn’t wrapped right. This bag had my recipe in it and was zip tied closed . Why was it taken I am very up set with this procedure , of being told that it was ok to buy this and it was safe to bring back.

Suggested solution:

I would first off like my money back for this item. Second off if one has already gone though Customs and never left the airport ( which you couldn’t anyway) not have to go through Security. I am all for Security we do need that but clearing Customs and then Security is a bit much.
