My complaint:
When I opened a pack and pulled a cigarette out I noticed that the cigarette was only half way full of tobacco so I checked another one same thing. After eventually opening every pack in the cartoon I realized the whole cartoon was the same way. These things are to expensive to be improperly packaged just want a refund or a new cartoon
Suggested solution:
By giving me my money back or replacing it with a new cartoon
