My complaint:
I went to take a cigarette out of my packet and never come across this before but 1 cigarette was damaged and upside down. I know accidents happen but at the prices we pay these days for cigarettes we treasure each one of them. I know this might sound petty but this isn’t good quality control. Not happy. I’ve been a smoker only using Philip Morris cigarettes for over four over 40 yrs and this has never happened. Photo attached.
Suggested solution:
Replacing it or making sure this doesn't happen again. They are too expensive.
