My complaint:
I have been smoking Marlboro a long time. I have noticed the quality of the product is terrible and the cost higher. At times I find holes in the cigarettes and of late they break off at the filter. It is a clean break. It is as of they are not attached correctly. They are too expensive to just throw away before you even get a third of the way through it.
Suggested solution:
Quality control is important and should be fixed asap. You all hook people on this habit and then lax in assuring the product is top of the line.
