My complaint:
I have been a long time Bond Street smoked and I am definitely considering changing brands after this keeps happening. In every pouch I have had in recent weeks, there has been at least 3 black tar-like clumps which are not smokeable and are disgusting. After 5 or more occurrences of this, I’ve had enough. I understand tobacco is a natural product with occasional inconsistencies, but this consistent issue should not be occurring, especially when these clumps weigh sometimes up to a gram or more, costing the consumer a large amount of the tobacco.
Suggested solution:
I am requesting some replacement tobacco products for this quality issue.
