Philip Morris complaint: Cigarette

My complaint:

I purchased a packet of Bond Street Red 30 for $39.95 and 5 out of the 30 cigarettes had big holes at the bottom of the cigarette

Suggested solution:

Refund me the cost price or send me a replacement packet
