My complaint:
I orderpaid for a 3 month supply (3 containers30 day supply each) on 61622, and subsequetly were received. On 72322,I received another three 30 day containers which I found from my credit card acct was billed on 71622 for $71.88,.which I did not order or authorize. My dog suddenly passed away on 71922. i went online and requested a returncredit of the 71622 3 cobtainer order, and since nmy dog of 17 years had passed away, a returncredit for 2 of the unopened containers from the 61622 shipment.I wrote this request the first of this week, but have heard nothing.This is my seond request.You reply is requested. Suggested solution:
Take back 3 container from 71622 unauthorized orderbilling. Take back 2 unopened containers from you 61622 shipment. issue a credit card credit for $71.88 for the 71622 shioment, and a credit card credit for 23rds of the 61622 $71.88 billing or $47.92; a total credit of $118.90
