My complaint:
My receipt shows 67.17 – 32.35 34.82 2.69 tax 37.5. They charged my card 42.50, a 4.99 overcharge. Further several weeks later on 91022 they charged excessive tax of over $3.20 on my card without authorization. Thats a total of $5.89 tax. And the product does not work. If this is not resolved, I will contact the BBB and law enforcement.

That is up to the company. Because the product does not work, I should receive a full refund,
