My complaint:

When you first see their add it’s pop-up spam, I didn’t make a formal account with them it was supposed to be a one time purchase there’s even the choice to set up a monthly reoccurring order or the one-time purchase I specifically checked off on one-time purchase by using one of my credit cards instead of my debit it made it harder to track when they continued to bill me on a monthly bases which later after digging into their background and reviews found out that this is one of a few shifty business practices more times than not their bean-counting crew will continue to charge a credit card rather than debit and the ones that choose not to open an account on the website they even bill you on the weekend so if by chance you ketch this email and try to cancel, they order you have to wait 24hrs or more due to weekend probably in the hopes that more often then not the people will just keep this last order than going to the post office and mailing it back for refund, the bean counters set these practises up to juice non members for as much as they can before you ketch on and up with trhem you even have to set up an account to cancel a subscription you did not choose, there should be laws protecting the public from these bean counters shifty billing practises its legal robbery reoccurinbg billing should only be allowed to bill customers who do have standing accounts with vendors that can only be activated by the customer after a 24hr period to protect the one time buyer from a one time purchase from a spam add.

Suggested solution:

Even though they are not going to comply they should take this program out of their system and return the 2 charges for $49.42 that I did not approve of and let me keep this last order instead of making me go to the post office and send it back for my troubles by the way the product did not stop my puppy from chewing his paws there just tasty little dog treats not worth 50 bucks at all. Like I said there should be a law to protect online consumers from these shifty bean counter practices where they can only set a reoccurring bill from a customer who has a standing account with them for some type of time period before they can choose a perpetual bill
