My complaint:
At 5:55 a.m. on 4-29-21 the gentleman in the attached picture was delivering groceries to 50 Barker Street at 5:55 a.m. This HOA managed property has a delivery window for all deliveries to occur between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. However, putting that aside, what made this particular delivery and others where this particular gentleman is the driver is that he for the entire time he was on the property he is constantly tossing his empty plastic trays around the truck creating a disturbance loud enough to wake me and my wife at 5:55 a.m. And when he was finished he picked up his metal hand-truck and tossed it into the back of the truck. Imagine for a second what that would sound like echoing off the walls of the at truck at 5:30 a.m.Today, the clamor lasted around 20 minutes. It has happened before, it will happen again.
Suggested solution:
2 ways to handle. 1 and the easiest, instruct this particular driver to NOT toss his empty trays around the truck like Frisbee's and to NOT toss his hand-truck into the back of the truck when he is done.
2.. Peapod should restrict their deliveries to apartmentmulti-dwelling properties to more reasonable hours, like 8:30 a.m. to say 8:30 p.m.
