My complaint:

I ordered with this company amd items we’re never received. I try emailing them and wasn’t able to..I try calling and they never answer and when they do they transfer you from department to department. I filed a claim with my credits card and they refused to honor it..I would like my money back for items never received. Order m156522521 date 8252020 customer is dv94413

Suggested solution:

I would like a full refund of $65.74 it is unfair that they charge me for products never received....thy claim to have delivered it..but where is the question cause I never received it...I want my money back this is going thru covid19 hardship and this is unacceptable. Thanks
