My complaint:
While driving on 57 and merging to go over the south end bridge, driver in van 5025 flew up the ramp and cut people off. Traffic was at a near stop and he was doing 35-40 to bypass everyone. Then had the nerve to just look over and smile. He could have cause another accident on the bridge!
Suggested solution:
Fine him for unsafe driving
