My complaint:

Dear [Support Team],

I have been experiencing issues with withdrawals lately. My withdrawals are taking longer than one business day to process, which has never happened before. I need to receive my money as soon as possible.

Specifically, I made a withdrawal on February 12th, and today is February 14th, but I still haven’t received it in my bank account. This is highly concerning, as timely payouts are essential.

I have tried contacting the support but no success! I have this account for years and now they are saying that my branch number is incorrect? WHAT? I withdrew AGAIN yesterday 02/17/2025, I hope I get my money TODAY!

Can you please assist me with this issue? A serious company should not have such delays in processing payments. I would appreciate a resolution.
