My complaint:

hello, I’m using a paxum account for about six (6) months now, and everything was okay, I usually transfer my money to my External card (MasterCard) in my country it was easy but not fast, that’s why I asked for a Prepaid card from the bank( paxum).
once I received the card activated it and the problems start, I was not able to make a transfer to my external card (MasterCard), and the big problem that the prepaid card does not work in my country for CASH OUT in the ATM’s, it works only for the POS.
I contact the support a lot of times but they don’t give me any solution, they ask me to check for an ATM with the (UnionPay) Logo.
I try so hard to find one in my city even I travel to the Capital and check every ATM I find in my way, but I didn’t find even ONE (1) with the logo( UnionPay), then I checked the website of the UnionPay, I find that there is only one bank in the country that can accept this prepaid card and he is attijariwafa bank but once I asked them about the paxum card and the UnionPay they say that they do not accept it.
I come back to the support of the paxum bank, to find a solution to I can cash out ( this is why I asked for a prepaid card so I can cash out fast ) because in my country( Morocco) only the big markets and the big stores who use the POS, and in my city there is only a small store the accept only the cash, so I need to travel every time to I can buy from a POS.

they say that the bank in my country should give me a solution attijariwafa bank but this bank does not accept this paxum card because I asked many times in different banks of attijariwafa bank.

I still have the full conversation with the support of paxum and I’m ready to give pictures of the ATMs in morocco without any logo of UnionPay.

now as this card does not work in my country, I am asking for help to get a refund of 44$ of the card because I can use it, and I would love to I can transfer my money to my external card as it was before.
