My complaint:
paid upgrade to clwydd caravan,i was NOT imformedi have been downgraded,i rang they said i have been given me a complmentry upgrade,in fact i have paid for a downgrade ,i have a disabled person the downgrade they give me i would not have had given the choice,they have no accomodation for me so i am stuck with this,it has spoilt my holiday before i have even arrived

Suggested solution:
i would like other accommodation with ensuite and veranda,i am told this is no possible,i feel in that case i should get my upgrade price back as they are giving peoplle complimentry upgrades and i have already paid this is not fair i feel cheated,also the accomodation they have given me is not really suitable but lookslike i am stuck with is
