My complaint:
Signed in on Wednesday 2nd March had no ariel cable in back of tv told them on Wednesday and again on Friday did not do anything about it also no WiFi said we won’t get it this weekend. Also no food places open only Reedcutters Restaurant and a marquee for food in front of reception not a lot of choice and the prices were a bit expensive for what you got said the food places wasn’t finished in time
Suggested solution:
Tell us in advance that the food places were not ready, should have sent out someone to put an aerial cable in our TV
