My complaint:

I had a holiday booked and due to covid and furlough was sruggling to pay.I messaged Parkdean a week ago and no one replied I payed as much as i could minis £40 while waiting for a reply to my remail. Today my holiday has been cancelled.I have been told you are keeping my £250 and if i wish to go I need to pay an extra £120 not the £40 I owe.I have have posted this on and will be taking it further.I have used Parkdean for 10 years sometimes 2 or 3 times a year.
