My complaint:
I Booked the holiday in good faith after reading about all the activities and fun my grandchildren could take part in. While I can’t fault the accommodation and standard of cleanliness. I was extremely disappointed to find, due to lack of availability that I was unable on numerous occasions to secure a place for my party on nearly all the activities as they were unavailable or completely booked up.On the rare occasion I was able to book something I had to wait anything from 45 min to an hour in the rain to book the event. Also i experienced further disappointment When we were unable to get into the evening events due to huge demand and technical issues…After again having queued in bad weather conditions for along time.
On this occasion it appeared the site was over booked which prevented visitor from obtaining the full park dean experience as advertised. In view of everything as detailed above I think it would be fair to request some sort of compensation in the form of vouchers I could use another time and hopefully get the full park dean experience . I appreciate you giving consideration to my request for compensation. I look forward to hearing from you shortly.
