My complaint:
I brought my 2 children to visit Friday to Monday. We ended up leaving Sunday due to lack of enjoyment and service being pretty rubbish.
We didn’t arrive till late Friday ordered some food and drinks to the table. We got the food and it was COLD, 1 of the drinks arrived. I chased up other 2 drinks and was told several times they been there in a minute and the weren’t another 40 mins food was finished and chasing a few more times.
Saturday we went to the fish and chip shop it took ages to order and then even longer to receive food!
Came home for a decent night sleep as was quite close to complex and disturbed myself and my 2 girls.
Would really like to get at least 2 nights back for compensation as this wasn’t cheap for what it was.
Suggested solution:
Would like a refund for some of our stay as it wasn’t worth the money.
Was meant to be leaving on my daughter’s 12th birthday but she decided she wanted to come home so she was quite disappointed.
