My complaint:
we booked a party of 4 pitches some how they got wrong email for one of pitches booking and was wrong amount of people on pitch 1 then 2 pitches couldn’t pay online or on phone then cancelled pitch couldn’t talk to anyone online chat only but could rebook pitches at extra cost feels like they are out to make as much money out of families as they can now lockdown is being lifted
Suggested solution:
looking into booking and paying system and make sure right details are put down on booking forms when done by phone
