My complaint:
the caravan was full off ants and the bed in the front room you could feel every bar and bump in the bed. We paid for 2 lots of wifi access on site but we couldnt receive it in the caravan. We ordered food in your resturant and it took 3 hours to recieve the main course then another 45 minutes to recieve dessert as they apparently lost the ticket. We have young children in our party and we were put in a caravan amoungst pet owners and my daughter was constantly chased by a dog.
Suggested solution:
Some kind of reburshment
