My complaint:
Weeks after sending a package with ParcelHero, they took an extra £50 out of my account without notifying me weeks later. They claim this was due to my package being larger than I recorded and said they needed photographic evidence to prove this wasn’t the case. I managed to get the company I had sent the package with to send the dimensions and they won’t accept that either.
Suggested solution:
I should be refunded the £50 as I have been able to prove that my measurements for the courier were correct.
