Hi Team,
I have initiated parcel shipment from UK to India, ParcelHero have charge me 367£ with claim amount of £2000 in case of parcels are lost. They have collected my parcels and handed over to UPS and the parcels are not lost. UPS tracking numbers: 1Z7E524X6751362737 and 1Z7E524X6751362746.
Suggested solution:
They should give my parcels back or provide me a full claim of £2000
