My complaint:

Extremely valuable package picked up 2 days late. Marked as delivered safely. Not delivered at all. No contact number or chat. No reply to 7 emails. And no package.

Suggested solution:

I want my money back my package and a formal complaint to make them have a platform to talk to customers
