ParcelCompare complaint: I still haven’t received my shipment after almost two months

My complaint:

Picked up by TNT on November 10, today the end of the year, I still haven’t received it. The courier has lost the sheets that I have attached for shipping. For this she did not pass customs controls in Italy and returned back to the UK, without informing me. I have written to both of them every day and as of Dec 8 TNT says they delivered it to Parcel Compare as they requested and they say they still haven’t received it. I pointed out that it’s my interstate move, so I have my whole life in there, mostly all my stuff to work, so I lost two months of work!

Suggested solution:

I lost all my stuff thanks to them, I am extremely upset!!!
