My complaint:
I orederd from springfield on Olympic today. I was told about a half an hour. So I waited for 45 minutes to be sure, When I got there about eleven people waiting okay, I had to track down an emploee, to see how much longer. They could not tell me maybe a couple hours.WOW I get being short handed I realy do. But that is crazy they should of told the customers, they ignored them instead. You all had several elderly people there one lady about 80 yearsl old said she had been sitting there for an hour and half they ignored her. I asked for a refund. You all need to take care of stores.
Suggested solution:
They should of told the truth, and apologized they were annoyed instead/
