My complaint:
I’ve called a couple times already to the Papa John’s I ordered my pizza through and nobody will make my order right for me. When I got to the store the pizza was cold and the dough did not look done. Told the young lady who was working about it and she ignored me as if I was not even talking to her. I asked for a discount and she replied that she could not do that. I just want Papa John’s to make my order correctly. I paid for the pizza pie so I feel as if I should get a free pizza made right and with good customer servicing.
Suggested solution:
To at least make a pizza that is all the way done and hot. Free of charge. Please and thank you for listening.
