My complaint:
So usually I don’t complain but 3 different times with same person is beyond ridiculous…so canda gave me a scrambled egg on the breakfast sandwich. Instead of over easy. . I should have checked before I left 2nd time I asked for candy cookie she gave me chocolate chip..and today I asked to have my bagel sliced..when i peaked in bag it was not..I told her in wanted it sliced and she said you wanted it sliced exactly what I said…i don’t know if she hates her job but she gives the worse customer service ever.no apologies nothing…and maybe start repeating orders to prevent future customer mess ups…
Suggested solution:
On receipt it says if order is not correct we will give you a free treat..so I should be due 3 treats minimum on errors by that one employee..
