My complaint:
At this point in time social distancing is crucial, however when I ordered directly from the Panera app today for contactless delivery, I started getting notifications that my order was on the way from Panera using doordash. I got notifications from doordash saying the order was on its way and delivered. However it never showed up. After trying to get in contact with the driver who blocked my number and took the tip despite not delivering anything, I called the store and they said that it was in the system as pick up and it was still on the shelf in the store
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund for the meal, especially having to put myself in harms way for my lunch.
