My complaint:
Not one to complain but 90% of the time when I get a Mac and cheese the cheese is clumpy and the pasta is soggy. I asked for another one and they gave me the same exact thing. Doesn’t make sense to charge so much on Mac and cheese for it to be disgusting.
Suggested solution:
Make the Mac and cheese fresh every time and don’t let it sit there.
