My complaint:
This is the third time I have been to Panera bread to get a cinnamon roll that they sell and no icing The guy’s going to ask me is it okay without icing absolutely not That’s not how you serve them or how you advertise them this particular location has all kind of problems The lighting at your menu board outside is terrible. Guess I’ll trade y’all in for Sheetz for the cinnamon buns which is sad . Step it up people.
Suggested solution:
Get staff in there that can keep the business going instead of a bunch of children
