Panera Bread complaint: Service and food

My complaint:

I went to Panera bread at the above stated location and ordered $70 plus worth of food for my family and was very disappointed with both the service I received and the food that I was delivered…. Fist and for most they messed up my order and did not include all items purchased and payed for. I was missing a grilled cheese sandwich for my daughter and never received it. I then had to circle around and wait again another 10 min to get my paid for grill cheese half sandwich. When I got to the drive through window I waited another 5 mins to get my half grill cheese which came out to be about 1 bite full of food. I had to them go to another fast food restaurant to get my daughter her dinner for the evening since this small bite of grill cheese was not sufficient enough to feed a 12 year old girl. My food was all cold and the soups that I had purchased more specific the French onion soups bowls times 2 did not come with any croutons or cheese and tasted different. When I got home to bring my hungry family their meals from your restaurant was which was a bit pricey it to say the least it was a complete disaster and disappointment overall with the customer service service expertise and the quality of food overall for Panera bread. I didn’t even get a full size grilled cheese (upgrade) from their mistake to say the least. I am very disappointed with the service and the food overall I received today from Panera bread. I am a valuable customer and frequent Panera bread often for my family and my employees at my hospital that I locally work within close proximity to this particular franchise. If I wouldn’t of spent a lot of money tonight on the food I purchased there I probably could look pass these things that occurred tonight but tonight was unacceptable and disappointing overall for Panera bread.

Suggested solution:

If I could at least get another hot dinner and the correct food this time for my family’s dinner next time I would greatly appreciate it or at least some money back for their mishap for our family dinner disaster today, but if not I understand just know my business will be taken elsewhere. I didn’t take any pictures of my food and I didn’t even get a receipt with my meal, but I gave my Panera rewards phone number and you will see what all was ordered today.
